I find good tenants because I've developed a strong ability to understand human psychology.

I put my creativity into practice through the videos I create – and they've proven to be very useful.

The most effective way to work with me is like this: "You hand me the keys, I'll let you know when I have viewings, and we'll meet again at signing." And if you're out of the country, there are solutions – I'll take care of it.

Usually, I work on a brokerage basis, because I get involved on behalf of both parties.

I'd say I stand out in the real estate market through the way I present listings – with quality photos and video tours. Not everyone is willing to invest hours of editing into a video.

I've been practicing this profession since January 2012, so I've gathered solid experience.

My commissions are attractive:

• 50% of one month's rent – from each party (landlord and tenant).

• 2% commission from the seller and 1.5% from the buyer. For some listings, the buyer pays 0% commission.

After 9 years with Galaxy Imob, in March 2021 I decided to be the sole master of my time and knowledge. It was an excellent decision, because the people who work with me have come to know me, both as a person and as a professional. And for me, reputation and results matter. Plus, I've got a whole lot of luck on my side.
